To request a return, please contact us at hello@boxroomgym.com and include the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item, if it was received damaged, faulty, or incorrect
All return requests are reviewed prior to approval.
If approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided by email.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all approved returns, except in cases where the item was received damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.
If a return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect supply, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs, where applicable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If the refund is approved, you will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Estimated delivery times after an order has been shipped are as follows:
Republic of Ireland: 1–3 business days
International: Not applicable – we do not currently ship outside the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
We currently ship orders within the Republic of Ireland only.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom, Europe, or any other international destinations.
We are also unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or freight forwarding addresses.
