Where We Ship

We currently ship orders within the Republic of Ireland only.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the Republic of Ireland.

We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom, Europe, or any international destinations outside the Republic of Ireland.

We are also unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or freight forwarding addresses.

Handling Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time after an order has been shipped:

  • Republic of Ireland: 1-3 business days
  • International: Not applicable – we do not currently ship outside the Republic of Ireland
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
  • All original components, accessories, and included materials must be returned
  • The item must be in original, resalable condition

Items returned that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a full refund.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping: Free (included in the product price)

Express shipping is not currently available.

All orders delivered within the Republic of Ireland qualify for free standard shipping. No additional delivery charges are applied at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver orders within the Republic of Ireland:

  • An Post
  • DPD
  • DHL
  • UPS

Carrier selection is determined based on parcel size, weight, and delivery destination to ensure efficient delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where applicable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to track your package through the carrier’s website or via the link provided in your confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship orders to the following locations:

  • Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom, Europe, and all other international destinations
  • P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or freight forwarding addresses
