Only new and unused items are eligible for return.
Returned items must be in their original, resalable condition and show no signs of use, damage, wear, or installation.

  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or included materials
  • Custom-made or special-order items, where applicable
  • Clearance or final sale items, where applicable
Timeframe

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Return requests submitted after this 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All original components, accessories, and included materials must be returned
  • The item must be in original, resalable condition

Items returned that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a full refund.

How to start a Return: 

To request a return, please contact us at hello@boxroomgym.com and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item, if it was received damaged, faulty, or incorrect

All return requests are reviewed prior to approval.
If approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided by email.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all approved returns, except in cases where the item is received damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.

If a return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect supply, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs, where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the refund is approved, you will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on returns that meet all return eligibility and condition requirements.

If a returned item does not meet these requirements and requires repackaging or refurbishment, a reasonable deduction may be applied to the refund.

Lost or Damaged Returns

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

If a return is lost or damaged during transit, a refund may not be issued unless valid proof of delivery or shipment tracking is provided.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and European Union consumer law.
